Already 4 Santa sightings (yes, crazy - with no tears and all smiles) and all the decorations are up (including a fresh cut tree from a farm). We went to a local Christmas parade and the village tree lighting. Not to mention - too many sweets already as the advent house is helping us count down the days until Christmas.
AND Christmas cards went out today (that one was a big one for Mom!)
