Caroline is home - our new family of 5!

Yesterday evening Caroline and I were released from the hospital so we got to bring Caroline home!  I must say Dad did a great job with the boys, keeping the house in order and getting us all home!  Scroll down - you can see it took a bit out of him. :)

We are now a family of 5 - could not be happier!
